IntelliTrack 2026 Sprint 26.16–26.18 Release Notes

Released: September 2026

Sprint release with improvements and fixes for the general platform, the Fixed Assets bundle, and the Mobile Client, including its Rotational Assets and Consumable Inventory bundles.

General Platform

Improvement

• The validation of phone numbers has been improved to ensure the acceptance of Country codes.

Fixed

• On a page where the User has selected a View other than the Default View and then expands and/or collapses the Navigation pane via the Hamburger icon, the selected View is no longer cleared.
• An Asset Import no longer allows an Assignee to be set as the Owner of the Asset when the Assignee Type is already set to Owner = No.
• When an Assignee is set to Owner = Yes for an Asset, an Assignee Import no longer erroneously sets the Assignee to Owner = No.
• On the Assets page, if the User includes the Retired column in the View, the page is now properly rendered without throwing off the alignment of the columns.

Fixed Assets Bundle

Fixed

• When a Cycle Count also results in any Asset move, the Asset is moved as expected. In addition, the User will see an update to the Asset record.

Mobile Client

Improvements

• Retired Assets as well as Disabled Items are no longer contained in the View Assets List or View Items List.
• Overall improvements to the User Interface have been implemented.

Rotational Assets Bundle

Fixed

• An Asset that resides in a Container can no longer be submitted for Check Out.

Consumable Inventory Bundle

Fixed

• The following screens now properly recognize the Alternate Item Number:
  • Consumables Change Location
  • View Inventory
  • View Items
• The Pick Item screen and the Add Item to Issue screen now properly display the available Location-Item Quantity for the Issue/Pick.
