IntelliTrack Q4 2022 Release Notes ​

Released: December 16, 2022

Quarterly release covering web console home screen enhancements, two-factor authentication and login security controls, Rapid Enroll™ device provisioning, RMA management updates, and Patient Belongings Tracking improvements.

General & Multi-bundle Updates ​

Enhanced Home Screen Features ​

  • Multiple enhancements have been made to the web console home screen.
  • A field is now available for users to perform a "Quick search" to query on serial numbers, asset numbers, and patient IDs.
  • Users can create lists of links to reports and dashboards that display under a "My Favorite Insights" section.
  • IntelliTrack bundles that the user is licensed to use are displayed in a panel on the home screen.

Two Factor Authentication ​

  • Enabled tenant administrators to identify if Two Factor Authentication is required for all users.
  • Enforced Two Factor Authentication for all administrators.

Login & Security ​

  • Enabled tenant administrators to define if Two Factor Authentication is required for all users.
  • Enforce Two Factor Authentication for all administrators.
  • A tenant administrator can now unlock a locked-out user. If a user is locked out of the system, the system now displays a red "locked out" icon on the user list screen and an "Unlock" button appears on the edit screen for the user. Additionally, the remaining lockout time is displayed on this screen.

Miscellaneous Cross Platform Updates ​

  • Enabled users to export all data returned by the filter, not just what is shown on the screen.
  • Added UDFs for assets and items to display columns and filters to enhance general query functionality.
  • Added new attributes for Assignees: phone number and email.
  • Fixed issue that did not allow entity names containing an apostrophe or a single quote to be deleted.
  • Changed the tool tip for the cancel icon from "Disabled" to "Retired".
  • Administrators can clear the owner of an asset through the Change ownership action on the Asset View page and leaving the Owner field blank in the Change Ownership dialog.
  • Track item transactions in tenant.

IT Asset Updates ​

Rapid Enroll™ ​

  • [Available 1/6/23] Incorporated new functionality to automatically provision devices based on predefined requirements defined in Barcoding's PreLive process to speed delivery and deployment of equipment. This functionality is available within Barcoding's configuration centers and or customers who are receiving drop shipped equipment. Eligible devices include Android 10+ devices (with the exclusion of Samsung, or in the case of RMAs customers processing RMAs outside of IntelliTrack).

VeriMy™ ​

  • Allow assignees to log into VeriMy with an assignee ID to assign assets. Assignees do not have to have IntelliTrack accounts.

Enhanced RMA Management Features ​

  • Track and manage RMAs for Datalogic equipment.
  • Enhanced the RMA Replacements report by adding the "Received At Repair Depot" and "Shipped From Repair Depot" fields and deleting non-essential fields.
  • As the default, the RMA Summary report displays open RMAs.
  • Fixed issue with the RMAs In Transit report sorting in chronological order.

Miscellaneous IT Asset Enhancements and Fixes ​

  • Fixed issue with Shipments to Customer Report displaying a 500 error when the filter shipment date is greater than 6 months.
  • Editing service contracts is now handled as an action ("Change Service Contract") from the View Asset page.

Rotational Asset Updates ​

Checkin/Checkout Functionality ​

  • Enabled Edit Columns field chooser functionality for the Checked-Out Assets and Past Due Assets reports.

Consumable Inventory Updates ​

Miscellaneous Consumable Inventory Enhancements ​

  • Fixed display issue with the unit of measure display after a consumable item is moved from the source location in IntelliTrack Mobile.

Patient Belongings Tracking (PBT) ​

  • Allow a user retrieving property to collect property for more than one patient at a time.
  • Allow one user to request another user to retrieve property for one or more patients.
  • Fixed issue with returned tags showing up in the Tag Aging Report.
  • [Available 1/6/23] Implemented functionality to support lost and found property tracking including recording found property and its storage, managing claims for lost property, and recording the disposal or return of found property.
