IntelliTrack 2026 Sprint 26.4 Release Notes

Released: April 9, 2026

Sprint release with improvements and fixes for the IT Assets, Fixed Assets, Rotational Assets, and Consumable Inventory bundles.

IT Assets Bundle

Fixed

• The Reference Number field is now displayed on the Packing Slip Attachment for a newly created RMA.
• Shipping Labels are now provided for Datalogic RMA's.

Fixed Assets Bundle

Fixed

• The Asset Movement Report no longer times out when the Tenant has a large number of records and selects the "Showing Last" option.

Rotational Assets Bundle

Improvements

• The Asset History Report, when a given date range is applied, now returns all Checked Out and Checked In events within that range from the Mobile as well as the Web applications. Additionally, a transaction for an Asset that was Checked Out and later Checked In remains visible in the Asset History for the relevant dates.

Consumable Inventory Bundle

Improvements

• The Customer Address and Ship To Address fields are now properly displayed on the following pages:
  • Orders > Issues
  • Orders > Picking
  • Orders > Returns
  • Orders > Receipts

Order Number Generation

The following improvements have been made to the Issue Orders, Receipt Orders, and Return Orders functionality:

• When Auto-Numbering is Enabled, a unique Order Number is automatically generated for the Order that follows "next" in a sequence, as detailed below:
  • The Order Number is generated and is tied to the Transaction.
  • The Order Number is not displayed on the Order page.
  • Upon clicking Save, the next unique Order Number in the sequence is generated.
  • The Order Number is displayed on the Order page.
• When Auto-Numbering is Disabled, the Order Number is not automatically generated.
  • The Order Number is displayed on the Order page.
  • Upon clicking Save, a validation is generated requiring the Order Number.
